1. Size the pool around simultaneous use
A club buying shared paddles has a different brief from a shop building a premium retail range. Count participants who need a paddle at the busiest session, then choose a spare allowance for unavailable or damaged units. For example, 20 simultaneous borrowers plus four spares gives a planning pool of 24. This is an illustration, not a recommended order size or supplier minimum. Separate loaners, instructor demos and resale stock in the budget.

Before choosing one model in bulk, let instructors and representative beginners compare samples. Record model code, weight, grip dimensions, handling feedback and condition after use. Include different hand sizes rather than relying on one coach’s preference. Check grip security and edge condition between sessions; remove damaged units pending assessment. Confirm suitable cleaning methods with the supplier. A material name alone does not establish suitability for your lessons.
3. Plan identification and replenishment
Assign each paddle a club inventory number without altering the playing surface; confirm an appropriate marking location. Keep checkout, return and condition records. Ask whether the same model can be reordered and whether grips or other applicable replacement items are available. Confirm exact packing contents: paddles, balls and bags are separate quote lines unless expressly included. Compare replacement and maintenance needs alongside purchase price; no fixed lifespan is assumed.
4. Separate fleet needs from branding MOQ

Ask separately about available stock or unbranded options; quantities and availability require confirmation. For a quote, send intended use, quantity per model, user group, destination, logo or plain finish, packing, sample request and target date. New shapes or constructions are assessed separately. If tournament eligibility matters, check the exact model against the organizer’s current requirements before ordering.
